🥵 🥵 🥵 The A/C in our parish office has gone out and the repair is (naturally) complicated. For the time being the Senior Warden and I have authorized staff to work from home. Phone calls to the office are routed to our cell phones during business hours. We are still at work for you, just remotely right now!

The Parish Hall, Church, Chapel, and School are all fully operational and events there will proceed as normal.

‼️ 🚨 Another email SCAM is going around and this time it’s far more sophisticated. Emails are showing up to parishioners that seems to be copies of actual emails the Office has sent, apologizing for when an online service was not available.

The scam then goes on to ask you to buy Apple gift cards on Fr. Ryan’s behalf.

WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO BUY GIFT CARDS FOR US. NEVER DO THIS.

It is distressing that scammers are getting this sophisticated. Here are three things you can do to make sure you don’t get taken:

1. Double check that the email address the email is sent for is a legit email address. Our email addresses are published on our website.

2. Make sure that the email “sounds” like us. For example, Fr. Ryan uses “Fr.” as a title in his emails. He does not sign emails “Pastor” or “Rev”.

3. Always call or text Fr. Ryan or Fr. David and ask before you do anything.

Again, WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO BUY US GIFT CARDS OF ANY KIND. 🚨 ‼️
