MORNING DEW

Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

We Still Need the Fear of the Lord

We are living in a time when information is everywhere, but godly wisdom seems increasingly rare. Proverbs 1:7 reminds us that “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge.” Our generation does not simply need more opinions, platforms, followers, or voices...we need reverence for God. When we honor God, we gain spiritual clarity to recognize truth in a confusing world. The fear of the Lord is not terror; it is holy respect that places God above our feelings, culture, and personal desires. When everything around us is shifting, God remains our steady foundation. Before making the next decision, choosing the next direction, or responding to the next challenge, seek God first. Wisdom begins when God becomes our priority.

LET US PRAY...Father God, we thank you for another day of life. Lord, restore holy reverence within our hearts. Give us wisdom to recognize truth, courage to reject deception, and humility to follow Your direction. In a noisy and confused world, quiet our spirits so we can hear You clearly. Lead us daily in Jesus’ name. Amen.

MORNING DEW

SHINE IN A DARKENING WORLD

Daniel 12:3
Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.

We are living in a spiritual climate where darkness often seems louder than light. Confusion is celebrated, truth is challenged, and many hearts are searching for direction. Yet Daniel 12:3 reminds us that those who walk in godly wisdom will “shine like the brightness of the firmament.” This is our moment to shine! We do not overcome darkness by becoming like it; we overcome darkness by reflecting Christ within it. Our compassion should shine. Our integrity should shine. Our faith should shine. Our courage should shine. God has positioned us in this generation to point wandering hearts toward righteousness. Don’t allow the darkness around you to extinguish the light within you. The darker the night becomes, the brighter faithful witnesses can shine.

LET US PRAY...Father God, we thank you for another day of life. Lord, make me a shining light in this spiritually troubled world. Give me wisdom, courage, compassion, and discernment to lead others toward Your truth. When darkness surrounds me, strengthen my faith. Let my life continually point people toward Jesus, hope, righteousness, and eternal life. Amen.

MORNING DEW

KEEP ASKING, KEEP SEEKING, KEEP KNOCKING

Scripture: Matthew 7:7
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

We are living in a time when many people are spiritually tired, emotionally drained, and searching for direction. Yet Jesus reminds us in Matthew 7:7 to ask, seek, and knock. When answers seem delayed, keep asking. When God feels distant, keep seeking. When doors appear closed, keep knocking. Prayer is not desperation; it is an expression of faith. God is still listening, still leading, and still opening doors according to His purpose. Don’t allow today’s confusion to silence your conversation with God. Your present season may be challenging, but it is not beyond His power. Stay before Him. Seek His wisdom above the noise of the world. The God who answered yesterday is still answering today. Keep knocking...God is still at the door!

LET US PRAY...Father God, we thank you for another day of life. Father, in these uncertain times, strengthen my faith to keep asking, seeking, and knocking. When I become weary, remind me that You hear every prayer. Guide my steps, open the right doors, and keep my heart trusting Your perfect will. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

MORNING DEW

WHEN EVERYTHING CHANGES, JESUS REMAINS

Scripture: Hebrews 13:8 — “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”

We are living through spiritually challenging times. Culture changes, relationships shift, institutions struggle, and even churches face uncertainty. Yet Hebrews reminds us that while everything around us may change, Jesus does not change. The Christ who healed yesterday still heals today. The Savior who delivered yesterday still delivers today. The God who made a way before can make a way again.

Our spiritual security cannot rest in people, traditions, buildings, titles, or circumstances. It must rest in Jesus Christ. When the world becomes unstable, hold tightly to the One who remains eternally dependable. Seasons change, people change, and life changes...but Jesus remains the same. Therefore, whatever today brings, we can face it knowing our unchanging Savior is already there.

LET US PRAY...Lord Jesus, in a constantly changing world, keep my heart anchored in You. When circumstances shake me, remind me that You remain faithful. Strengthen my faith, guide my steps, calm my fears, and help me trust Your unchanging love through every season of life. Amen.

MORNING DEW

SET YOUR MIND HIGHER

Colossians 3:1
If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.

Life today can overwhelm us with noise, uncertainty, disappointment, division, and constant change. Yet Colossians reminds us that our spiritual position must determine our earthly perspective. We cannot allow everything happening around us to control what is happening within us.
God is calling us to look higher, think higher, and live higher. When circumstances pull our attention downward, faith redirects our eyes toward Christ. We may not understand everything happening in this season, but we know Who holds us through it.
Today, refuse to let temporary troubles become permanent distractions. Seek the things above. Keep your heart anchored in God. Heaven still has the final word!

LET US PRAY...Father God, we thank you for another day of life. Father, lift my heart above the distractions, fears, and uncertainties of this present life. Help me seek You first and keep my mind centered on Christ. Strengthen my faith when circumstances trouble me. Let my life reflect heaven while I walk faithfully on earth. Amen.
