We do not beg people to come and be a part of our community. The community of faith grows through conviction, not pressure. Jesus the Messiah invited people to follow. We will not water down the gospel to fill seats. The message of the Scripture carries weight. It confronts sin. It calls for repentance. It offers grace that transforms. When the message is changed to avoid discomfort, you do not ge
t true converts. Studies on church growth show that congregations grounded in clear biblical doctrine, often experience deeper discipleship even if growth is slower. We will not apologize for preaching the Word of God. Truth can sometimes offend because it challenges pride and preference. The Word of God is alive and active. The Spirit of God through His Word exposes hearts. Our responsibility is faithfulness to the text, not control over reactions. You should consider what you expect from church leadership. Ask whether you value comfort or conviction? Ask whether you want truth or the traditions of men. Real spiritual growth requires honesty. You should also examine how you respond to Scripture. When something challenges you, pause. Ask what God He may be shaping in you. Lean into discomfort instead of avoiding it. You should support leaders who preach faithfully. Pray for courage and clarity. Encourage integrity over popularity. The gospel does not need marketing tricks. It needs proclamation. When truth leads, transformation follows.
