Surah An-Naba | Ayah 30–37

A vivid reminder of accountability — every soul will be told of what it sent forth, and none can speak except by the permission of Ar-Rahmān.
These ayat capture the awe of the Day of Judgment and Allah’s absolute justice and mercy.

Recited by Sh. Hassan Saleh at Al-Ihsan Islamic Center.

Are our deeds truly accepted by Allah?

Acceptance is not based on how much we do, but on two essential conditions:
• Sincerity — that every deed is done solely for the sake of Allah.
• Following the Sunnah — that our actions are in accordance with the teachings and example of the Prophet ﷺ.

A deed may appear great in the eyes of people, but without sincerity and adherence to the Sunnah, it may not be accepted by Allah.

May Allah make us among those whose deeds are sincere, correct, and accepted. Āmīn.

In the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.
Listen to a beautiful recitation of Surah Yunus (Ayah 67-70) by Br. Haroon at Al-Ihsan Islamic Center.
These verses are a breathtaking reminder of Allah's power over the night and the day, and a stark warning to those who fabricate lies against Him. Allah is the One who made the night for you to rest and the day for you to seek His bounty — every moment of your existence is wrapped in His mercy and design.

And for those who invent falsehood about Allah — these verses remind us that His grip is firm, His knowledge is perfect, and His justice is inevitable.
Let this recitation ground you, humble you, and fill your heart with gratitude for the One who never sleeps and never forgets.

Everything around you is praising Allah ﷻ.

The birds in the sky, the trees, the rain, the oceans, the mountains—even the rocks glorify their Creator in ways we cannot comprehend.

“There is not a thing except that it glorifies Him with His praise, but you do not understand their glorification.” (Qur’an 17:44)

If all of creation remembers Allah, then let us be among those who remember Him often.

Let the words of your Creator fill your heart with awe.
Listen to a beautiful recitation of Surah An-Nahl (Ayah 22-26) at Al-Ihsan Islamic Center.
These verses cut straight to the heart — Allah declares that He is One God, and exposes the arrogance of those who refuse to believe. Those who plot against the truth will find that Allah's response comes from where they least expect it. A powerful reminder that no one can stand against the will of Allah, and that the only path to peace is sincere submission to Him alone.
Let this recitation be a moment of reflection and a renewed commitment to tawheed.

Sh. Horsed describes two very different kinds of people at Al-Ihsan Islamic Center — and the contrast is one we all need to reflect on.
One group hears the words of Allah and their skin shivers, their eyes fill with tears, and their feet rush to the prayer mat. They don't just feel it — they act on it. The Quran is not just a sound to them, it is a command that moves their entire being.

Which group are we truly in? It is easy to feel emotional during a beautiful recitation. But does it change how we pray? Does it change how we treat others? Does it change how we spend our time?
Real iman is not just felt in the chest — it is seen in the limbs.

A recitation that will make your heart tremble in the best way.
Listen to a soul-stirring recitation of Surah Ibrahim (Ayah 42-47) by Qari Abbas Al-Madani at Al-Ihsan Islamic Center.

These verses are a profound reminder of the Day when nothing will be hidden from Allah. A Day when the wrongdoers will wish they could return, when eyes will stare in horror, and when every soul will stand alone before its Creator. Yet amidst all of this — Allah reminds us that He never breaks His promise.

Let these words shake you out of heedlessness and draw you closer to Allah before that Day arrives.

Allah knows what you hide in the deepest corners of your heart.

Sh. Isse delivers a powerful reminder about the perfect and all-encompassing knowledge of Allah at Al-Ihsan Islamic Center.
Not a leaf falls from a tree except that He knows it. Not a thought crosses your mind except that He is aware of it. Not a whisper is exchanged in the dark except that He hears it. Allah's knowledge has no limits, no blind spots, and no gaps.

This should humble us. This should comfort us. Because the same Allah who knows your every sin is also the same Allah who knows your every struggle, your every tear, and your every sincere effort to be better.
Never feel unseen. Allah sees it all.

Eid is a time of worship, gratitude, and remembrance of Allah ﷻ. In this beautiful Eid al-Adha khutbah, Shaykh Mursal reminds us that Eid in Islam is not merely a celebration, but an act of worship filled with takbeer, prayer, charity, and strengthening family ties. He also highlights the virtue of Udhiyah, the noble Sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim (عليه السلام) and our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

May Allah accept our sacrifices, our worship, and our good deeds. Ameen.
