Introducing THE EXCHANGE

The Intersection of Hope and Healing

The Frogtown/Rondo Black Church Alliance and the Spirit of Liberation Center are proud to announce the launch of The Exchange, a new community-centered Safe Recovery Site dedicated to saving lives, restoring hope, and connecting people to the resources they need to thrive.

Located in the heart of Downtown St. Paul, The Exchange will provide culturally responsive harm reduction services, recovery support, housing navigation, mental health referrals, basic needs assistance, peer support, and community connections.
