A SACRED INVITATION TO INDEPENDENT CHURCHES AND MINISTRIES
Beloved Clergy and faithful laborers in the Kingdom of GOD: Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through GOD our Father and the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
In this present hour, as the Church faces increasing compromise, spiritual weariness, doctrinal confusion, and cultural pressure, I believe the Holy Spirit is stirring many churches and leaders with the same burden: the desire for fellowship rooted deeply in Holy Scripture, holy conviction, Spirit-filled ministry, and unwavering devotion to JESUS CHRIST.
For some time, many independent churches and ministries have watched the Communion of Holy Christian Churches from a distance, while others have prayerfully expressed a desire to walk more closely with us in fellowship, accountability, mission, and shared conviction.
This year, after much prayer and spiritual reflection, I sensed strongly before the LORD that this could not simply be Convocation as usual. The spiritual condition of the Church in this generation demands more than another gathering filled only with activity, programming, and outward celebration. We are living in an hour in which the spirit of the age is pressing hard against the Church, weakening conviction, softening doctrine, reshaping worship and Christian witness according to worldly patterns, and sadly closing down churches!
Therefore, the Spirit of GOD impressed upon me that it is time not merely to convocate, but to conclave.
A conclave is a sacred gathering entered with holy resolve, where leaders and believers seek the face of GOD together until there emerges greater clarity, deeper conviction, spiritual strengthening, and renewed alignment with His will. Before the Church can
effectively confront the world, she must first allow the Spirit of GOD to search and strengthen her.
As we prepare for Conclave 2026, I extend a sincere invitation to churches and leaders who discern this same burden within their hearts. This invitation, therefore, is not merely organizational but it is spiritual.
It is an invitation to seek the face of GOD together. To return afresh to prayer, holiness, reverent worship, biblical doctrine, Spirit-filled ministry, and courageous Christian witness in a generation increasingly shaped by secularism and compromise. We believe the Church must once again become unmistakably, the Church.
Therefore, I warmly invite you to join us in St. Paul, Minnesota, June 26-28, as we gather before the LORD under the theme:
BE ENCOURAGED!
We shall come together not for spectacle, but for surrender; not merely for conference, but for consecration; not for shallow affiliation, but for holy alignment under the Lordship of JESUS CHRIST.
May the Spirit of GOD strengthen weary leaders, deepen fellowship among believers, restore holy conviction, and raise up churches unashamedly governed by Scripture and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Yours in the service of CHRIST and His Kingdom,
