Hi everyone,

With May officially here, we’re stepping into Mental Health Awareness Month. It’s the perfect time to slow down and give our mental well-being the attention it deserves.

In May, we’ll be sharing a weekly mental health poster to brighten your space and mind. We’ll also include helpful resources from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to support you and your loved ones.

Please take a moment each week to check out these resources. Let’s make this a month of healing and support for our entire community!

We’re excited to invite you to one of our mental health workshops, "Understanding Anxiety and Stress", on Wednesday, May 13 from 7:00–8:00 PM (CDT).

In this one-hour session, you will learn:

- Where stress and anxiety come from
- Healthy vs. unhealthy ways to cope
- When anxiety may be an anxiety disorder
- Where and how to get help

Workshop Details:
