🇺🇸✝️ Consecration of the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus – 2026

In preparation for the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, the Catholic bishops of our country will consecrate the nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus in June 2026.

This historic moment is an invitation for all of us to renew our faith, entrust our families to Christ, and pray for the spiritual renewal of our nation.

Here at Sacred Heart we will be preparing in the coming months through:

• Eucharistic Adoration and Holy Hours
• Opportunities for Confession
• Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
• Encouraging families to enthrone the Sacred Heart in their homes
• Special prayers for our nation

The Sacred Heart of Jesus is the source of mercy, healing, and hope. Let us entrust our parish, our families, and our country to His loving Heart.

More details will be announced soon.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. ❤️

A single drop of water changes everything.

Have you ever noticed that small gesture the priest (or deacon) makes before the Consecration? He pours wine into the chalice, but then adds just a single drop of water.
It seems like a technical detail, but it hides a secret of infinite love:
The Divine and the Human: The wine represents the divinity of Jesus. The water, on the other hand, represents all of us, with our fragility and insignificance.
Your Life at the Altar: By mixing that drop, the priest is "immersing" your reality, your sorrows, and your hopes within the sacrifice of Christ. Nothing of yours is left out!
An Inseparable Union: Once that drop falls into the wine, it can no longer be separated. That is how united Jesus wants us to be to Him.
- Today's Mission:
The next time you go to Mass, observe that moment. In that small drop of water, entrust that worry or intention you carry in your heart. Let Him transform her.
