With today being my last day at Myrtle tree Baptist Church as I retire and we move to a new segment of our lives, I want to sincerely thank all of you who have made the journey over the last 10 years a pleasure.
Mary and I have been blessed with many new and rewarding relationships over those years, relationships that we will continue to cherish in the weeks, months and years to come.

Last evening we held a retirement dinner for Pastor Tom and his wife Mary. They have been a blessing to Myrtle Tree Baptist Church for the last 10 years. Their dedication to the truthfulness of God's word and serving the Lord as they served the body of Christ and the community has been such a blessing to all. We pray the Lord's blessing on them in whatever the Lord has planned for them. Pastor Tom and Mary will be dearly missed. Well done, good and faithful servants.
