The guy who sank, denied Jesus three times, and wept in a courtyard is the same guy who wrote this:

"But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God's very own possession." 1 Peter 2:9 (NLT)

Failure is an event, not a name. Jesus didn't just forgive Peter. He handed him his calling right back.

This week's devotional walks through Peter's story one day at a time. DM us and we'll send it your way.

Week 2 of Mistaken Identity is TONIGHT.

Ever had a nickname you didn't pick? A moment everybody remembers that you'd give anything to take back? Peter had one of those. Actually, he had a few. And Jesus still gave him a brand-new name.

Your worst moment isn't your name.

It never starts big. One text. One rumor. One "you're my only friend." One "you HAVE to answer me."

You don't notice the web until you're already in it.

Tonight we're pulling a track from 1995 and talking about drama, boundaries, and why saying no might be the most spiritual thing you do this week.
