Icons are the primary sacred art form of the Christian East. As “windows into heaven,” they invite us to contemplate Christ and the saints in prayer. Although they are especially associated with the East, icons are honored throughout the Catholic Church.

Join us for this month’s Summer Faith Formation Series: Understanding the Catholic East, on Wednesday, July 22, at 6:00 PM, as we explore iconography and other treasures of our Eastern Catholic brothers and sisters.
