On June 29 and 30 Lowe Methodist Church in conjunction with Saint Johns Church of God held Vacation Bible School, for children aged 4 thru 12. The theme was outer space galaxy. The church was transformed into a galaxy of learning about God's Love! 30 children attended and took part in two different crafts, games, and a Bible Lesson. Pencil bags and flip flops were decorated to be sent to the Living Word Orphanage Village where Pastor Moses and his wife Alice are building, orphanage in Sudan! Family meals were provided by Lowe Church, both nights. The Gideons passed out Bibles to the children, as well as bags with the book, "Notes from Jesus for Families". Praise God for people willing to work together. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped. Shout out to Phillips Maple Rapids for the pizzas! They were perfect!!
