On the 28th of April 1979 at 10:30 at night in a little town called Carrollton Ohio I received Jesus as my personal Savior and today I am celebrating 47 years in the spirit

Celebrating 46 years in the ministry, as of March, 28th of 1980 I was baptized in the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues called to the ministry and started, He Never Changes Ministries.

One month before going to JSMI WORLD SCHOOL OF EVANGELISM in 1995 We added INT., to HE NEVER CHANGES MINISTRIES by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

On April 28th at 10:30 PM I gave my life to Jesus in a house in Carrollton, Ohio. That was 46 years ago. Terry Kilgore was the vessel, that the Lord used to lead me to Jesus.
Thank you Lord for saving me.
