The Holy Trinity is less a puzzle to solve and more a relationship to enter. Rather than getting lost in complicated theological explanations, we can imagine the Trinity as a joyful circle dance—a community of love shared by the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each participates fully, each has a role, and together they reveal the very nature of God.

This divine love is seen in creation, in Jesus Christ becoming human and living among us, and in the Holy Spirit remaining with us today. The God who created the stars is the same God who walked among us in Jesus and continues to guide us through the Spirit.

Trinity Sunday invites us to stand in awe of that mystery rather than trying to explain it completely. Jesus’ promise remains: “I am with you always.” We are never alone. We are invited into God’s life, God’s love, and God’s eternal dance. The invitation is simple: don’t just explain the dance—join it. Trinity @ St. James; Sundays 10:00 a.m.

On this Pentecost Sunday: From a roaring, fiery wind to a gentle, quiet breath—the Holy Spirit moves in ways we don’t always expect.

At Pentecost, the Spirit arrived with spectacular fireworks. But later, Paul reminded the divided church in Corinth of a deeper truth: spiritual gifts mean absolutely nothing if they aren't used in love to bring us together.

Today, our world is filled with noise and division. It’s easy to feel like modern life is just a mess. But being filled with the Holy Spirit isn’t about chasing emotional fireworks or feeding our own egos; it’s about breaking down walls and uniting as the Body of Christ.

Whether God meets you in a whirlwind today or in a quiet, peaceful whisper, remember: the ultimate work of the Spirit is love, unity, and peace.

May you feel His holy breath on your life today. Amen.
