Jonathan’s House Central Africa is a gospel-centered mission that exists to provide physical and spiritual help, hope and healing to vulnerable children and their community in the Central African Republic, so that they become self-sufficient, gospel-centered disciples of Jesus who are equipped to serve others. And they need our help!

“Our ministry has three primary facets:

An orphanage that cares for 50* at-risk children, from newborns to teenagers.
A school that educates and feeds over 400* children from the surrounding area.
A medical clinic that provides life-saving care to the underserved people of the CAR.

The needs in the CAR are overwhelming. But the fact that we can’t do everything doesn’t mean we can’t do something. Our holistic approach to ministry is bringing gospel hope and tangible help to some of the most vulnerable children in the world. Jonathan’s House is transforming lives in a way that we believe will affect generations in the CAR.

We’re already getting ready for this year’s Christmas Party Club outreach! Pray for all CEF volunteers as we prepare, pray for the children to attend and for their families.

CEF has been preparing for its Christmas Party Club™ for months now. Worker training is happening now, aiming to reach children around the world with the real meaning of Christmas.

“Can’t you picture Hananiah perched on the rebuilt wall that once stood in ruins? Can’t you feel joy rise again in his chest after the devastation of God’s people and His city had tried so hard to s***f it out? Can’t you sense the ground begin to hum again with the hope that God never abandons His people and that He’s never, ever done working all things to our good? Can’t you hear that, and so much more, in Hanahiah’s choice to blow the trumpet?”

Scripture Reading: Nehemiah 12:27-47, Isaiah 62:1-7 Hananiah is not even a nobody on the pages of history. Google him, and you’ll find less than enough to fill a Wikipedia page. He is a fleeting mention in a book of the Bible titled to another, greater man. Hananiah’s legacy has turned to dust.....
