Join us TOMORROW, Saturday, May 30th from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM as we serve together. We’ll have a variety of projects for all ages and skill levels—there’s a place for everyone to jump in!

Help us welcome our college summer ministry interns, Aaron (NGU) and Kai (SEBTS), to Memorial Baptist Church! They should look pretty familiar to you! 😉

This summer, they’ll be serving our church, as part of “Generation Timothy”. They’ll be learning alongside Pastor Dawjr Wood, serving in multiple ministry areas, attending weekly staff meeting, and helping with ministry opportunities throughout the summer.

They’re also officially moving into our one-story parsonage this week! If you see them around, encourage them, pray for them, and maybe even bring them a good meal as they lean into their calling to Love God and Live Sent.

What feels like a detour to us is never outside the sovereign plan of God. Even in the waiting, the confusion, and the seemingly impossible moments, God is working His purposes for His glory and our good.
