Shabbat Shalom! Tonight our services are virtual, and as always, we welcome your presence. This week has been significant for the Jewish community, as we observed both Yom Hazikaron, Israel’s Memorial Day, and Yom Haatzmaut, Israeli Independence Day. We continue to be proud of how Israel is a spirited beacon for Jews and non-Jews. For those who have visited, we welcome your thoughts. For those who have yet to visit, is it time to say “next year in Jerusalem”? We wish you a blessed weekend.

Shabbat Shalom! This week we observed Yom Hashoah, to recognize the 6 million who perished in the Holocaust. May their memories forever be for blessing. And for those of us today, may we continue our efforts to remove evil and celebrate the value of human lives. We wish all of you a blessed weekend.

Shabbat Shalom! We wrapped up Passover this week, and now we look forward to special Shabbat activities this weekend. We welcome retired Rabbi Leigh Lerner, who will lead us in a Torah service on Friday night, followed by an interactive Schmooze & Learn on Saturday morning. Let’s enjoy his insights, and now that Pesach has ended, we will also enjoy challah with our wine and grape juice!

Shabbat Shalom! For virtual services tonight we have a special treat, as we invite our members to join the livestream at Salt Lake City's Congregation Kol Ami. We encourage you to tune in for an evening of prayers, always made more meaningful by Rabbi Sam Spector's guidance. We wish you all a blessed weekend leading to Passover next week.

Shabbat Shalom! Tonight our services are virtual, and as usual we welcome your presence. This is a special week, as we are beginning the 3rd book of the Torah, Leviticus or Vayikra. While the many verses about ritual sacrifice can be daunting, we're glad that our bi-weekly Torah Study group found relevance in our meeting this week. First lesson - the willingness to sacrifice helps to make us holy. We wish you all a blessed week.

Shabbat Shalom! Tonight our services are in person, and we invite you to be with us. This weekend we finish the book of Exodus, and we know there are 40 more years in the desert to read about in the Torah. May we all have a blessed and peaceful weekend.

Shabbat Shalom! This week we celebrated Purim, recalling the story of Esther's bravery to reverse Haman's edict that would have eliminated all of the Jews in Persia. As we move to modern times, may we once again see the people of Persia, now called Iran, enjoy freedom from tyranny, and may Israel see peace and joy. We wish you a blessed weekend and hope you have some leftover hamantaschen to nosh!

Shabbat Shalom! Tonight our services are virtual and we always enjoy seeing you on Zoom. As we continue reading through Exodus, this week is another milestone, as we read about the design for the Ark of the Tabernacle. May you have a blessed week, remembering the commandments inscribed on the tablets that were held in the Ark.

Shabbat Shalom! Tonight our service are in-person, and we welcome you to our lay-led service. In addition to our songs and ruach, we will be sharing insights on this week's Torah portion, as Moses ascends Mt. Sinai to receive the tablets. May your Presidents' Day weekend be filled with joy and meaning.
