How often do we repeat things we have heard without actually knowing what we are talking about? This is true concerning politics, gossip, and a host of other things.

One area we do this is in the songs that we sing, even hymns in church! In this recent message delivered at Saint Francis assisted living, we consider the meaning behind the hymn “Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing”
