NKJV: 2 Corinthians 9-10

And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
10 Therefore I take pleasure in in-firmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Based on the King James Version (KJV) and traditional biblical interpretation, the Bible considers all pride sinful and characterizes homosexual acts as contrary to God's intended design, a message that continues after Jesus' death. It teaches that all sexual acts outside of heterosexual marriage are sin, but offers salvation and transformation through Christ, encouraging believers to move away from such behaviors.

- The Nature of "Pride":
Scripture explicitly opposes pride, noting that "pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18, KJV). James 4:6 states that "God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble".

- New Testament View on Homosexuality:
The apostle Paul states that "the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God," listing "abusers of themselves with mankind" (often interpreted as homosexual practitioners) among other sins (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, KJV).

- The Purpose of the Cross:
The message focuses on repentance from sin, not affirmation of it. It teaches that "such were some of you" (1 Corinthians 6:11), implying that believers can be cleansed of these acts through the Holy Spirit.

- Creation Mandate:
Jesus emphasized the union of male and female, as created in the beginning, as the standard for marriage (Matthew 19:4-6).

- Distinction Between Orientation and Action:
Many interpretations emphasize that while all have sinned (Romans 3:23), Christians are called to live in accordance with God's Word, which differentiates between temptations/orientations and the active, outward indulgence in them.

The Bible's message, according to these viewpoints, is a call to all individuals to turn from their own ways, repent, and follow God's commandments, regardless of their temptations.

“ After Jesus died on the cross, the KJV Bible states that Christians, having died to sin with Christ, should no longer live in it, as sin no longer has dominion over them. Romans 6:2-11 emphasizes being "dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God", urging believers to walk in newness of life, free from serving sin. “

“ Key Teachings in KJV on Living in Sin After the Cross: “

- Dead to Sin, Alive to God: Romans 6:11 commands believers to "reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord".

- Not Slaves to Sin: The "old man" (former self) was crucified with Christ so the body of sin might be destroyed, meaning believers should no longer serve sin, according to Romans 6:6 and 14.

- Not Continuing in Sin: Romans 6:1-2 asks rhetorically, "Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?".

- Resurrection Power: Because Christ was raised from the dead, believers are empowered to live a new, righteous life rather than under the mastery of sin (Romans 6:4).

- The Goal is Righteousness: 1 Peter 2:24 says Christ "bore our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness".

- Warning Against Following the Flesh: Romans 8:13 warns that "if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live".

What this all means

while Christ's death covers sin, it is not a license to continue living in it. Instead, it is a call to be transformed and to live in holiness.

so this means that living a lifestyle of homosexuality, LGBTQ or any lifestyle of any sin in the Old Testament and New Testament of the Bible is not grace and is not holiness. and we must change our ways and we must transform our self’s to full holiness.
