This month I celebrate 25 Years of Ministry. I was 23 years old turning 24 in a few weeks when I planted my fist church.
What an honor it has been. Ready for the next 25

Christmas is not God visiting humanity.
It is God entering it—fully, vulnerably, and permanently.
The incarnation tells us this:
God chose closeness over comfort,
and presence over power.

“The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.”
— John 1:14

The manger tells us God took on flesh and drew near by grace.
The cross tells us sin was dealt with and chains were broken.
The empty tomb tells us we can walk in new life by the power of the Spirit.
That’s the real Christmas story.

“Estad, pues, firmes en la libertad con que Cristo nos hizo libres…”
— Gálatas 5:1 (RV1960)

Sometimes the greatest breakthroughs don’t come from doing something new… but from not giving up on what God already told you to do.
We often think the next season requires a new idea, a new strategy, or a new direction — but many times, God is simply asking us to stay faithful where we already are.
✨ Keep showing up.
✨ Keep trusting.
✨ Keep obeying.
✨ Keep believing.
Your consistency is building something in you that you may not see yet — but God sees it. And He honors it.
Keep going. God’s not done with your story. 🧡🔥
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
— Galatians 6:9 (NIV)

Every leader reaches a point where the mind keeps moving, but the soul whispers, “Slow down.” In Scripture, God repeatedly calls His servants back to Him before sending them forward—Moses at the burning bush, Elijah under the broom tree, the disciples on the shore. A leadership reset is not simply pausing for rest; it is returning to the God who forms, restores, and commissions us. Without that recalibration, we lead from skill instead of Spirit, from memory instead of communion. But when leaders reset in God’s presence, their authority is renewed, their motives purified, and their vision aligned with His kingdom.

A true leadership reset doesn’t start with strategy—it starts with surrender.

“He restores my soul; He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” — Psalm 23:3

When life feels heavy, remember this:
God is doing more behind the scenes than you can see on the surface.
Stay steady. Stay faithful.
He’s working while you’re waiting.

“Be still, and know that I am God.”
— Psalm 46:10

In moments of joy — lift your praise.
In moments of struggle — anchor your trust in God.
In every moment — let thanksgiving shape your heart.

Praise reminds you of who God is.
Trust reminds you of what God can do.
Gratitude reminds you of how faithful He’s been.

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:18

God hasn’t brought you this far to leave you halfway.
When the weight feels heavy and the battle feels long, remember:
Grace didn’t just start your journey — grace will finish it.

What God began in you is unstoppable.
Keep showing up.
Keep trusting.
Keep moving forward.

“He who calls you is faithful; He will surely do it.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:24

Prayer warriors, could you help me pray for my dear sister Linda Claud. She is a woman of faith and a faithful follower of Jesus and was diagnosed with cancer. We serve a mighty God, and by His stripes she is healed. In Jesus' name!
