Services are cancelled at Saint Bernice First Church of the Nazarene, Dec. 14, due to snow and extreme cold temperatures. It's been a rouch Advent, but keep looking to the Reason for the season!

Due to winter storm warning through service times, St. Bernice First Church of the Nazarene is cancelling Sunday school and worship service for November 30, 2025. Hanging of the Greens Service is moved to next week.

Come join Saint Bernice Baptist and Saint Bernice Nazarene churches tomorrow, Easter Sunday, as we celebrate the Risen Christ.
All are welcome!

7:30 a.m. Combined "Sonrise" Service at
Saint Bernice Nazarene Church ( free breakfast to follow)

9:30 a.m. Sunday school at both churches

10:30 a.m. worship service at both churches

EASTER EGG HUNT -- ALTERNATE PLAN!
Due to the forecast of probable thunderstorms early Saturday morning with rain expected throughout the morning, the Easter Egg Hunt at Miller Park is moved:

St. Bernice CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE
(next door to St. Bernice Baptist Church)
10:00-10:30 AM (EDT)
Saturday, April 19.

Call it a HAUL instead of a HUNT!
We won't be hiding the eggs. Just stop by and pick up a bag of filled Easter eggs for each toddler thru 5th-grader present along with a snack to go, plus a gift for each family! (First come, first served--while supplies last!)

We're 100 years old! Come celebrate with us Nov. 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Potluck dinner following, then a special Heritage Service, 2:00-3:00 p.m.
