Our annual church picnic will happen on August 23, 2025 at the Willaim H. Haithco park located at 2121 Schust Rd. Saginaw, Mi. From 10 am until 3 pm. A beautiful park with a 40 acre man made lake that offers a lifeguard supervised beach from 11 am until 7:30 pm. Join us for fun, fellowship and food.

How often have I heard someone say they need more power to live for God. You don't need more power you need more Gospel. The Gospel of Christ is the power of God.

The same power that is in the actual event of the death, burial, and resurrection is in the message of the Gospel.

Romans 1:16
"For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."

John 15:1 Jesus tells us he is the true vine with God as the gardener of our lives. God lovingly tends to us, he prunes, waters, and provides all we need for spiritual growth, but we must stay connected to the True Vine.

Just as with plants, where we draw our nourishment matters. Who or what we're connected to will either bring us life or drain it away.
