Tomorrow is Parade Sunday! The Immanuel float will be lined up on Churchgrove. We are number 86!

Those of you walking or riding on the float feel free to arrive between 12:30-12:45. You are welcome to wear Immanuel attire, Tropical attire, or your best German attire! There will be a foam pit on the float…so kids may want to wear clothes that can get wet! 💦 The parade starts at 1:00.

You can park on any side street off of Churchgrove and walk to our spot. If someone is dropping you off, the best spot to park afterwards would be closer to Bronners. The parade will be ending on the south end of Main Street.

It has pleased Almighty God in His infinite wisdom to call from this vale of tears unto Himself the soul of our dear departed brother, Edwin Ehrlinger. Edwin went home to be with the Lord Wednesday morning, June 3. Arrangements are through the Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth with visitation on Sunday, June 7, from 2:00–7:00 p.m. Funeral Services at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Frankentrost will take place on Monday, June 8; visitation with the family at 10:00 a.m., followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00.

Heavenly Father, into whose keeping we entrust our loved ones, help us to look to You in our time of sorrow, remembering the cloud of faithful witnesses with which we are surrounded. Grant that we may one day share in the joys of those who now rest in Your presence; through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
