St. Vincent De Paul would like to express our gratitude to our wonderful community.
This year's back to school event was a huge success. YOU all made it possible through your generous donations and volunteer time. Backpacks were given by Love Ministries and individual supporters (my apologies for not getting names!), Just Serve came at the nick of time with much needed shoes and socks and the LDS community was instrumental with their Giving Machine donation. This donation enabled us to provide new socks, underwear and shoes.
We are so proud of our community and the impact this event has had on our children.
A special thanks to our team of volunteers for assisting all the families that participated. Carol, Ann and Rosie we couldn't have done this without your love and dedication. Abe, Omar Christa- you guys rock! I hope I am not forgetting anyone.
