師尊開示2026年比2025年更亂。亂象環生時期，“守心、清淨”成了“安身立命”關鍵。《歲時百問》說：「萬物生長此時，皆清潔而明淨，故謂之清明。」《無量壽經》說：「破煩惱城，壞諸欲塹。洗濯垢污，顯明清白」。於是，清明時節，以禮懺洗滌身心，可為先人消除業障，超生脫苦，亦為陽居眾等息災除障，增長福慧！

Grandmaster mentioned “self-discipline & stay pure” are key factors to get through the year 2026 safe & sound. According to the “100 Q&A on Seasons and Traditions" book: “Qingming is the time when all sprouting living things look clear and bright.” The “Infinite Life Sutra” said: “Destroy the city of afflictions, demolish moat of desires. Wash away filth and defilements, reveal pure and bright nature.” Therefore, Qingming is a good time to purify and repent. This way, we can eliminate the negative karmas of ancestors, free them from suffering, also help ourselves to overcome obstacles, to enrich wisdom, merits and happiness!

根本上師於週六2026年1月17日，在藥師佛本尊法同修後的“你問我答”環節中，就”犯太歲”事宜開示如下：
弟子問：
【犯太歲與化解】 依傳統年俗，馬年有相關生肖可能面臨不同程度的沖犯或起伏。請師尊慈悲開示今年「最要守心」的類型是哪些？有沒有一個人人都做到的“化太歲”要訣（例如持咒、迴向、行善、改習氣）？

聖尊回答：
最簡單的方法就是“安太歲”。聖尊提醒大家2026年是隻冲很快的火馬，鼓勵大家安太歲與光明燈，同時叮囑即使沒有冲犯，行者也要懂得守佛法戒律以及社會法律。再配合持咒、迴向、行善、改習氣就很完整，可以化解災難。

本寺除了提供安奉太歲，點光明燈外、還可以向以下各殿祈福：
1) 光明燈
2) 藥師殿
3) 財神殿
4) 智慧殿
5) 敬愛殿
6) 摩利支天殿

今年是『丙午馬年文哲星君』 當職。

犯太歲生肖：
1) 馬：值太歲、刑太歲
運勢阻滯，情緒易動，事業有人際糾紛，決策失誤，財務需謹慎，感情易生變，注意健康風險。

2) 牛：害太歲
易遇小人，人際關係易產生誤會，事業防人際困擾，財務防合作糾紛導致破財。

3) 鼠：衝太歲
矛盾衝突多，事業、人際、家庭關係緊張，事業變動，意外破財，出行注意安全。

4) 兔、雞：破太歲

During the “Q & A” session on Saturday 1/17/2026 after the Medicine Buddha group practice, the Grandmaster gave advice to the topic regarding “Taisui Confliction & How to Minimize Its Impact”:

Question:
According to Chinese culture, certain Zodiacs will experience different levels of conflict with the HORSE zodiac in the coming year. We respectfully invite the Grandmaster to advise what are the methods to “behave & protect” ourselves? Is there a general way that can be practiced by everyone to “minimize the impact of Taisui conflict (such as chanting mantra, performing dedication, doing good deeds, adjusting bad habits)?

Grandmaster’s Answer:
The simplest way is “to install & make offerings to Taisui”. Grandmaster reminded us that 2026 is represented by a Fire Horse with Turbo Speed. The Grandmaster encouraged us to install & make offerings to Taisui as well as to light up annual luminous lights at the temple. He also said that regardless of Taisui conflict, all Buddhist practitioners should obey the Buddhist precepts and the law & order of society. Combined with the practice of mantra recitation, dedication, good deeds, breaking bad habits, everyone should be able to stay safe and be free from disturbance.

Besides installation of Taisui, the following Blessing Halls also available to register for offering:

OX: Harm Taisui

薩迦雷藏寺聖誕佳節捐米救糧荒，溫飽貧困眾。
Sacramento True Buddha Temple Donating Rice for Hunger Relief During the Winter Holidays Season.

常年來無論法會大小，本寺都會捐助供品給食物銀行救濟眾生，也經常施於熟食給無家可歸者。去年過冬，本寺捐贈了被子帽襪等，禦寒保暖配件給流浪漢。今年本地食物銀行適逢米糧之荒，本寺則順應時事所需，配合宗委會“為世界祈福”活動，籌募米糧的捐贈，以“大救難咒”儀式清淨，以諸佛菩薩法力加持，對米糧欠缺之難施於援手。

2022年12月18日大救難咒持誦儀式後，接下來兩天裡，本寺上師，助教及同門分工合作，將331包20磅白米，全部捐贈給本寺所在城市（Sacramento），以及附近城市如 Elk Grove, Folsom 和 Stockton 之食物銀行及社區服務中心。受援機構皆欣喜感恩，讚歎佛教平等救濟眾生之心。

祈願今年冬天有了大救難咒的催動，眾生可以安心在溫飽，溫暖，且溫馨中度過。同時對來年有了信心的展望，走出黑暗，迎向光明。

#2023真佛宗為世界祈福

Over the years, regardless of the event's type, our temple will donate the offering items to the local food banks. Frequently, we also give out hot food to the homeless people. During the winter time last year, our temple donated fleece blankets, beanies, socks, gloves, and other winter accessories to the homeless. This year, due to the shortage of rice in the food banks, our temple tried to fulfill the urgent needs while supporting the TBF's “Pray for World Peace” event, we asked people to donate rice as the event offering items. During the prayer event, bags of rice were purified by the recitation of "the Great Disaster Relief Mantra", and blessed by the dharma power of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

The following two days after the reciting event on 12/18/2022, two temple masters, the dharma assistants and the temple members went around the food banks and the community service places to distribute the rice. All 331 bags of rice in 20 lbs per bag (the total of 6,620 lbs.), were donated to the food banks in Sacramento, Elk Grove, Folsom and Stockton areas. The organizations receiving rice donations were very happy and praised the Buddhist religion for practising equanimity to help the sentient beings.

Wishing the Great Disaster Relief Mantra brings hope and healing to the sentient beings. Hope everyone can enjoy good meals in a cozy and loving environment. Eventually, they will get out of darkness and be guided into the right path.
