On Saturday, September 8th is a special Stake Youth Fireside with keynote speaker Brad Wilcox. All youth in our Stake ages 12 and up, along with their parents and leaders, are invited to attend. We will begin at 7 PM at the Stake Center.

Good Morning!
Today the multi stake youth conference will start at 6pm with dinner. 7pm fireside in the gym, and 8pm casual dress dance outside on the patio. Shorts and tshirts are ok, see EFY dance standards, or For The Strength of Youth for dress standards.

Tomorrow is the Seminary/Trek fireside at 7pm at the Stake Center. We invite all the youth and their families to come and share in the experience.

The Folsom Stake is pleased to announce that a special fireside for the youth 14+ will take place FRIDAY 8/10/2018 at 7:30 pm.

A member of the First Presidency will be visiting our area, and Folsom Stake has been asked to hold a special fireside for youth ages 14 and up, across our multi-stake organization.

This will be a most wonderful way to come together the night prior to our multi-stake youth conference the following day.

Here are details for your review...

● The Fireside will begin at 7:30PM. All audience members are asked to be seated no later than 7:10PM, Please have the youth wear Sunday Attire as this will be in the Chapel.

● Adults are specifically NOT invited to this meeting.

● We would like to fill the Mormon Center Chapel and Cultural Hall with our amazing youth. If adults (for example, youth leaders) are there we will ask them to sit in overflow rooms including the Relief Society room.

● Ushers will be provided by the Folsom Stake.

● Please carpool to avoid undue delay, or not being admitted to this special session.

● Please discuss reverence and etiquette when the Apostles visit. Please help them be prepared to invite the Spirit into the fireside, be taught by the Spirit, and bring that Spirit home with them when they leave to strengthen and bless their families.

As more details materialize we will pass them on to you. What a terrific highlight for our youth conference!

President Russell M. Nelson and his wife, Sister Wendy W. Nelson, will speak at a worldwide devotional for youth on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. MDT, transmitted live on the Church satellite system, LDS.org, and other digital channels.
