Pastoral search
Shiloh Baptist Church is seeking an experienced pastor who is knowledgeable of and faithful to the Scriptures and has a gift to preach, teach, and equip the church for evangelism, discipleship, and service. The pastor must be a devoted follower of Christ and be living a life that aligns with the church’s statement of faith and that demonstrates faith in God, a strong commitment to Christ, the leading of the Holy Spirit, and the authority of the Scripture.
As the church moves forward, the Pastor must be willing to engage in a “shared vision” process with the church body.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲:
All interested persons must submit an initial candidate’s packet to include the following documents:
Cover letter expressing your reason for applying for the position.
Current resume
Completed application
Copies of degrees, ministerial and ordination certificate.
Four references (two clergy and two lay/person) with contact information to include the email and phone number.
