A new school year is here, which means we have an awesome opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the students, teachers, and schools in each of our communities!

Each campus is running a supply drive and adopting classrooms we’ll support throughout the year. You’ll hear more about our classroom adoptions and what those will look like in the coming weeks, but right now, we would love for you to grab a few things and help us bless our local schools as they start a new year!

Rutland-Adopt a Classroom:
We’re adopting the largest classroom at RACS!
Supply Drive for West Rutland:
Pencils
Glue sticks
Earbuds
Headphones

Bennington-Adopt a Classroom:
We’re adopting two classrooms at Grace Christian School!
Supply Drive:
Markers
Crayons
Pencils
Glue sticks

Middlebury: We’re excited to serve Champlain Valley Christian Academy throughout the school year!

For College Students:
Energy drinks
Canned cold brew/iced coffee
Single-serve bags of candy (no peanuts, please!)
For Schools:
K-Cups
Tissue boxes
Pencils

This is such a simple way for us to love our communities well and serve right where God has placed us. Whether you bring one pack of pencils or a whole bag of supplies, it all matters! Let’s help our students and teachers start the school year feeling loved and supported.

Sunday is the big day!
We can’t wait to spend the day together as a church family, have some fun, and celebrate all that God is doing at MCity!
We’ll have a Bake-Off (bring anything you want as long as it’s baked — judges will be judging on look, smell, and taste!), Tug-of-War with teams of 8, a Pentathlon with teams of 2, Co****le with teams of 2, and Campus Feud with teams of 4. The Pentathlon will include a wheelbarrow race, apple bobbing, leapfrog, corn cob eating, and balloon popping. 😂
We’re also getting ready to celebrate baptisms with those who are taking this step of faith and publicly declaring what Jesus has done in their lives. What a beautiful thing to celebrate together as a church family!
If you haven’t downloaded the MCity App yet, make sure you do! You can download it ahead of time or stop by our Geek Squad Tent at Summer Fun Day, and we’ll help you get it set up. You’ll even have the chance to sign up for a small group on site!
And of course… INVITE YOUR FRIENDS!! Bring someone with you and come ready to have a great day together. We really believe there’s something special about doing life together and making room for more people to know and experience Jesus.
We can’t wait to see you there!

You can pay online through the app, or in person, but you have to order in person at the Next Steps table at church.
