DISCLOSURE DAY: A Review
The anticipated Steven Spielberg film, “Disclosure Day,” has opened in thousands of theaters across the country. It comes just weeks following the release of Dan Farah’s documentary, “The Age of Disclosure,” on Amazon Prime Video, featuring 34 U.S. government insiders revealing an 80-year global cover-up of non-human intelligent life, reverse engineering of crashed alien spacecraft, and the observance of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs). Our federal government has also released a third wave of previously classified documents, video evidence of UAPs, and citizen testimonials of “close encounters of the third kind,” as ordered by Trump’s Presidential Unsealing & Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE). Since the first release in May of this year, the website has received over 1.7 billion hits worldwide!
In the midst of all this, we have also heard testimony from various religious leaders from across the nation who report that they were contacted by federal officials and invited to a series of closed-door meetings on these disclosures. The intent was to urge them to prepare their congregations and hearers for information soon to be released that may cause many to question their faith, their belief in God, Biblical integrity, and many of their religious teachings. Is all this merely a coincidence, or an orchestrated process of systematic transparency?
My wife and I recently saw the Spielberg film at our local theater. Hollywood has the eyes, ears, minds, and emotions of the American public through captivating cinematic entertainment, and, as we all know, it is expert at portraying ideologies and social agendas to powerfully influence our culture. Society seems to be undergoing a conditioning process for accepting the reality of non-human intelligence, and it is working. A national CBS News/YouGov poll revealed that 63% of Americans now believe intelligent life exists on other planets. Whether that was part of Spielberg’s underlying intent or just another of his award-winning storylines, I caught a few innuendos dropped in the movie script worth mentioning.
Throughout the film, the bodies of characters are overcome and controlled by alien forces. Accordingly, they know things about complete strangers and have an intricate understanding of details, having never met them before. In several cases, this is presented as helpful to individuals currently experiencing various crises. One character in the film is empowered to speak foreign languages she has never learned. Knowing that humans would be terrified to see alien beings, they are presented in the film as embodying beautiful animals, such as deer and foxes, to calm human responses. Alien forces are also depicted as enabling humans and physical matter to disappear and even teleport from one reality to another.
The Biblical overtones cannot be missed, nor the implications ignored. When Jesus met the Samaritan woman at the well, He told her things about her life, even though He had never met her before. She perceived that He was a prophet; otherwise, how would He have known those things? (John 4:9-26). The prophets of the Old Testament frequently knew things about people and events that were supernaturally revealed.
Those 180 believers gathered in the Upper Room at Jerusalem were all touched with a flaming tongue and began speaking in languages they had never learned, as verified by foreigners present who heard them in their native dialects (Acts 2:1-13). After Philip baptized the Ethiopian eu**ch, Philip was suddenly teleported from near Jerusalem to Azotus, disappearing before the eu**ch’s very eyes. (Acts 8:26-40). Paul was teleported into Paradise (II Corinthians 12:1-4), as was John (Revelation 4:1-2).
When contemporary religious leaders were recently invited by government officials to closed-door meetings and urged to warn their congregants about forthcoming information that might shake their faith and religious upbringing, were such matters part of their concern? Was it the Holy Spirit that anointed those in the Upper Room to speak in a language they did not know, or was that alien intelligence and forces all along? Did the Holy Spirit instantly teleport Philip, Paul, and John from physical existence in one place to another, or was that the work of a superintelligence from another planetary system? Will the teleportation believers experience at the Rapture be an act of God, or will it be an act of alien forces from another universe taking us to other places in deep interstellar space?
If you are going to be discerning of these things, disclosure must always be filtered through divine truth because its purpose could well serve the greatest deception ever perpetrated on mankind. Remember that Jesus declared Satan as being the father of lies (John 8:44). There is simply no truth in him at all! His three primary objectives on all of God’s creation are destitution, destruction, and death. (John 10:10). His ultimate strategy is deception (Revelation 12:9). He appeared to Eve in the Garden of Eden in the form of a beautiful reptile to calm her reception of him. He used her fascination with something spectacular to influence her to question God’s Word. He even called God a liar and accused Him of keeping information from her and her husband that God didn’t want them to know. (Genesis 3:1-6). Demonic possession is chronicled in Scripture as taking over the minds and bodies of persons to do extraordinary things, not the least of which is the False Prophet of the Tribulation era, who will perform great signs and even make fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men. (Revelation 13:13).
I have no doubt that manifestations of the unexplained are real. The evidence released by our federal government and the sworn testimonies of officials before Senate hearing committees bear that out. But is it alien intelligence? Many will believe that, and with that naïve presumption, turn aside from Biblical truth as mere mythology and fiction. It could well be part of the great apostasy Paul predicts in our future (II Thessalonians 2:3), and one of the last events that takes place just before Christ returns to bring His church into His presence.
As I have written in the first volume of my book series, “Dismantling Doctrines of Demons: Disclosing the Darkness,” I believe these alien anomalies are manifestations of demonic spirits, operating within the world forces of darkness and the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12). They are meant to deceive, distract, distort, and divert the thoughts & intents of men away from God and truth, to a future destiny that is a complete fabrication and lie.
Spielberg’s movie ends with one word: “Listen.” Jesus repeatedly said, “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says…” (Revelation 2). Many people are listening to what is coming out of Washington and Hollywood, and they are hearing exactly what Satan wants them to hear. What they don’t hear is the truth. Satan wants only one thing for all mankind: eternity with him in the Lake of Fire. (Revelation 20:11-15). If he can use a fascinating piece of fruit on a tree to accomplish the death of human life in the beginning, he can surely use flying saucers and little gray men to do the same in the end.
