Becoming like a child. Nobody wants to do that. Most of us already feel like our parents treat us like a child. So why does Jesus tell us to become like one? Jesus wants us to be completely trusting, loving, and dependent on him as a child is to its parents. Scripture says that in Christ, we have all that we need. Let’s begin to act like we believe that promise!
“Then he said: I promise you this. If you don't change and become like a child, you will never get into the kingdom of heaven. But if you are as humble as this child, you are the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18:3-4‬ ‭CEV‬‬
