Gods love and provision for you is unshakable, eternal. It is the anchor in which your hope should reside. If you are filled with fear, uncertain of the future and overcome with anxiety, examine your heart and your mind. Reset your focus upon Him instead of the circumstances of your life. Realize that you may not be able to control the details of your life, but He can. He wants you to draw close to Him as the raging seas of life threaten to take you under. Turbulent waters may cause you to drift, so you must be anchored in hope through His promises. He wants you to be strong and steadfast, trusting in Him at all times.

“that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us. This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil,”

Don’t be deceived: You can be completely centered in Gods will and still face enormous obstacles. Oftentimes, as you’re moving in the right direction in your faith, challenges seem endless. This is because you have an enemy, and he opposes you when he sees God at work in and through your life.
So don’t become disillusioned just because you encounter mountains of opposition. Simply look up and be assured of His Presence and power that overcomes all obstacles to His will for you.

“Every valley shall be exalted And every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth; The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, And all flesh shall see it together; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.””
