After heavy rain flooded homes across Rugby this week, neighbors are stepping in to help each other clean up and recover.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed in any way this week!

A special shout-out tonight to those who provided and donated food to help feed many people. Baldy’s Pizza, Dairy Queen, Grounded in Faith, Kayla Johnson, Jenny Keller, Keith Gault, and Tammy Bylsma — thank you! Lunch and Supper was absolutely delicious!

We are continually amazed by the people who keep showing up, rolling up their sleeves, putting in the work, and providing the resources needed. From food, supplies, equipment to helping hands, encouragement, and everything in between — we truly cannot say thank you enough.

It has been incredible to watch people step in and help. That kind of love and selflessness is what being the body of Christ is all about.

What a blessing it is to be part of this church family and the incredible community of Rugby. We are so thankful for each and every one of you! Please reach out to us if you have any needs! There are so many willing to help!

Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus this week.

What a day!

It’s amazing what can be accomplished when our church family comes together to support one another. Today, so many people went above and beyond to help those in need. Some even chose to help others before taking care of their own homes and families. That kind of selflessness and love is truly something special.

From pulling carpet and cleaning up water to providing fans, dehumidifiers, trailers, vehicles, homes, generators, totes, food, water, and so much more—thank you! Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave supplies, helped clean, checked on someone, or served in any way. Every act of kindness made a difference.

The pictures don’t even begin to show all that was done and accomplished today. We are so thankful for a church family that comes together in times of need.

If you have a need in the coming days or weeks, please let us know. There are still many people willing and ready to help.

We are praying for everyone who has been affected by the flooding. May God continue to provide strength, comfort, and help in the days ahead.
