MY SOUL REJOICES IN MY GOD:
“I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.” Isaiah 61: 10.
The above verse is God’s promise to His people after the Messiah comes with healing and power to bless them with the Lord’s favor.
In many ways, this is our promise as Christians. We rejoice greatly because God has delivered us from the law, sin, and death through the coming of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. Because of His sacrifice, we are now children of God and are clothed with Christ (Galatians 3: 26-27). We have also received the garment of salvation and robes of righteousness.
My Prayer: Oh God My Father. Your mercy and grace endures forever. Please God in Your Mighty power, open the doors of freedom, peace, love, joy, good health, prosperity and everlasting possibilities for me to shine. Be my shield when evil doers attack me. Let me stay under Your wings and be nurtured by Your Spirit. Please keep me away from temptations, mockers and wicked people. I humbly ask in Jesus Name, Amen. Remain blessed.

WE DON’T SEE THE BIG PICTURE:
“All things work together for the good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8: 28.
Maybe you’ve a setback in your life. Things were going well, and then all of a sudden, you went down in flames. You’re wondering, “What is this all about? How could this possibly result in anything good?” Well, you are not alone. It is my story! But one thing that I am learning during this time is to walk by faith. I may not understand, and there is turmoil going on deep inside me. But I also don’t know what God has in store for me. We don’t see the picture. But the great comfort is that He who makes and controls all circumstances knows what is best and will act accordingly. He will do the right thing.
Joseph must have felt the same way. He was faithful to the Lord, yet it seemed as though he had setback after setback and went deeper and deeper into his problems. But each setback actually was a stepping stone to a greater plan God had in store for him. That resulted in being used more powerfully by God than anything else he could have accomplished.
One day, we’ll be able to look back and say, “Now I know why the Lord did this and allowed that.” For some of us, it only will be on the other side of eternity when we can look back and understand it. Remain blessed.

THE MATCHLESS LOVE OF JESUS:
“I drew them with gentle cords, with bands of love, and I was to them as those who take the yoke from their neck. I stooped and fed them.” Hosea 11: 4.
When I look back all through my life, God has always drawn me closer to Him with tender Fatherly love, “with bands of love.” That is why I know that it is not only the fear of eternal punishment, or the hope of everlasting reward that leads me to follow Him. I behold the Savior’s matchless love, revealed through His pilgrimage on earth, from the manger of Bethlehem to Calvary’s cross. And the sight of Him attracts, it softens and subdues my soul. Love awakens in my heart as I behold Him. I have a thankful heart that my heavenly Father is attentive not only to my wants and needs but also the wants of all those who seek Him. I want my mind to be focused on God. I want His Holy Spirit to rest upon me. I want to honor the Lord daily and I want Him to continue to satisfy my desires with good things. This is also my wish for everyone who seeks the Lord. Remain blessed.

GOD’S PRAISE WILL CONTINUALLY COME FROM MY INMOST BENG:
“Bless the Lord who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” Psalm 103: 5.
Praising God should also be in our inmost being, not only in our mouth giving praise to God, but our body, soul, and spirit is involved in His praise and worship as well. Oh that we would give our Father God this kind of praise! The kind where our hearts are focused on Him and Him alone. Where we tell Him how grateful we are for His loving kindness, how miserable we would be without Him, and how much we truly love Him.
I have known Christ for so long now and when I look back on my life, I can so clearly see His hand of blessings upon me. It doesn’t mean that I have not gone through struggles and tragedy, or that I have been perfect. But through all of my imperfections and troubles He has been my strength and comfort. He has mercifully brought me back when I have been disobedient, and He has remained faithful to me His child! So recognizing all of this, how could I not be thankful to Him as the Giver of all things in my life and praise Him continually from my heart! Remain blessed.

Please join us this Sunday, 6th of September in person or Live on YouTube as pastor Franklin presents: The greatest in God’s Kingdom (Matthew 18: 1-6).
The issue of rank and status loomed large for the disciples, who still thought Jesus would remove Rome’s yoke and bring an earthly kingdom that would restore Israel to prominence – a kingdom in which the disciples expected to be given high-profile provisions. But the kingdom of heaven is spiritual, not political – and its standards are opposite of an earthly kingdom’s. C. Franklin Iyasere.

THE VERY BEST GIFT:
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.” 2 Corinthians 4: 16.
God has given us the very best gift of all when He sent Jesus to this earth to pay our sin debt to Him. We can always be thankful for that! Our circumstances may not always be pleasant in life, but we know the Creator of all things and He loves His own and has promised that He will work things out for our good (Romans 8:28).
Our hearts should just bubble over with praise to our awesome God! He has promised to never leave us or forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). How comforting to know that He is always watching out for us and has given us His Holy Spirit to renew and indwell us for peace, comfort, and joy as we go through this life for His glory!
Thank You Father God for sending Jesus to shed His blood for the forgiveness of my sins. Thank you for Your provision and never ending love for me. I love You so much Abba Father and give You all praise this day, Amen! Remain blessed.

BECAUSE HE LIVES, I CAN FACE TOMORROW (A song by Bill Gaither).
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow,
Because He lives, all fear is gone;
Because I know He holds my future,
And life is worth the living,
Just because He lives!

The words from the above song helps me form the way I am going to face this day and the few months I have left in this year. Trusting God, knowing that He not only knows, but He holds the future and life is worth the living because I know He lives and He is real in my life! God is always good no matter what comes my way or during my trials. I am blessed not because of what I have but because of Who has me and Who I belong to. Thank You Lord for making me part of Your wonderful family. Thank you for taking care of me. May You use me for Your purpose so that others may know how real you are and trust You no matter what comes our way. Remain blessed.

GOD’S GRACE DEFIES LABELS OF FAILURES AND PRIDE:
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5: 8.
Many of us are labeled as cheaters, murderers, alcoholic, liars, fearful, fornicators……etc. Unfortunately, we have allowed those labels define who we are and we in turn have easily assigned those labels to others.
But God’s grace defies labels of failure or pride because His grace is rooted in love, not in our self-perception. Whether we see ourselves as wonderful or terrible, capable or helpless, we can all receive eternal life as a gift from Him. The Lord does not require us to change by our own power before we come to Him to save us, instead He invites us to come as we are to find hope, healing, and freedom in Him. The Lord is ready and willing to receive us just as we are. Remain blessed.

THERE IS A TIME FOR EVERYTHING:
“Martha, Martha, the Lord answered, you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.” Luke 10: 41-42.
One day, the Creator of the universe showed up in the home of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus. Martha wanted to make a meal for Him, but Mary wisely recognized it as a unique opportunity. Instead of helping her sister, she sat at the feet of Jesus to drink in every Word. Meanwhile, Martha grew so frustrated because there was so much work to do that she walked in and complained to Jesus about Mary leaving her to do all the work alone.
But Jesus told her that she is worried and troubled about many things, forgetting that one thing was needed at that particular time. And that was what Mary chose, which will not be taken from her.
True worship will produce work, but work should never take the place of worship. If you are really in fellowship and communion with God, you will want to do things that please Him. Mary seized the moment and sat at His feet to digest the Word of God.
There is a time to work, and there is a time to worship. There is a time to be active for the Lord, and there is a time to sit at His feet. Remain blessed.
