Look up and remind yourself of redemption. It cost you nothing, but it cost Jesus everything. Treat your personal redemption as the most valuable thing that you have. It is easy to take it for granted, so take time to be thankful. 1 Peter 1:18-19 Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

Pick yourself up and resolve to move on whether you feel like it or not. Look at the bright side of your life instead of dwelling on the difficulties. Remember that you can always ask Me for help, and I will provide it, says the Lord. There is nothing too difficult for Me to help you through. Jeremiah 32:27: Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?

Stay within your parameters so that you do not overextend. Follow My leading in all things, and refuse to allow others to talk you into doing things that are not right for you to do. Listen for My still small voice to lead, guide, direct, and protect you, says the Lord. I will be with you and help you along the way. John 10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.

When you feel down and out remember that this is a new day, a clean slate when you can begin again. Leave the past behind and start all over. Let bygones be bygones, and believe that I am in you and will be with you every step of the way, says the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Do not give up! Keep pressing on. The way forward will be evident day by day as darkness gives way to light and life. Arise to the best version of yourself you can be, and be thankful. Your attitude will point the way to either despair or hope. John 12:26 If anyone serves Me, let him follow me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.
