Welcome Inn Supporters, it’s official… tickets are now on sale for Spread the Laughs 2026! 🎉Join us on Thursday, November 5 for Welcome Inn’s biggest fundraiser of the year and a night filled with great food, plenty of laughs, a silent auction, and a community coming together for a very important reason.

Want to put your name behind Spread the Laughs?
Sponsorship opportunities are also available! Sponsoring Spread the Laughs is a great way for businesses, organizations and individuals to support Welcome Inn while receiving recognition before and during the event.

Help make our Silent Auction a hit!
Our silent auction is always a fun part of Spread the Laughs, and we’re looking for great items, experiences, gift cards and packages to make this year’s auction one to remember. If you own a business, have a connection to a local favorite, or simply have something special you’d like to contribute, we’d love to hear from you. Every donated item helps us raise more for Welcome Inn this winter.
If you are interested in a sponsorship or in donating Silent Auction items, please contact [email protected] and she will send you an informational packet!

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we are reminded of God’s presence in everything we do. Students, teachers, and school staff of all levels are encouraged to join us for worship on Sunday, August 23 for our annual Back to School Blessing. We will send you off with prayers for an exciting and good school year. After worship, join us on the Hendrie Lawn for a popsicle party! Paloma’s Paletas will be serving popsicles for ‘coffee’ hour, thanks to the church’s Earla Smith grant. Paloma is a young entrepreneur in Royal Oak who runs her own business and donates a portion of her proceeds to the Southwest Detroit Immigrant and Refugee Center.
