Happy feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus! The entire month of June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart, which represents the love and mercy of Christ. This devotion was especially popularized after Christ's apparitions to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque in the 1600s. Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in you!

The Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ is also known as the Solemnity of Corpus Christi (Latin for “Body of Christ”), celebrating our Catholic belief that the Eucharist is really, truly (not literally) the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our celebration of this feast invites us to focus fully and completely on the Eucharist.

The Feast of Corpus Christi is commonly celebrated with a public Eucharistic procession, which serves as a sign of common faith and adoration. Our worship of Jesus in His Body and Blood calls us to offer to God our Father a pledge of undivided love and an offering of ourselves to the service of others.
