Dear Family & Friends of St. Luke UMC:

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! It is that time again. Our annual homecoming service is fast approaching; Sunday, September 11, 2022. Service will be held at 3:00 pm and Rev. Randolph Fitchett of Bethel AME of Cambridge, Maryland will be our guest preacher.

They say you can go home when you can’t go anywhere else and what a privilege it is to be able to come back home and fellowship with family and friends. We are excited to fellowship together with you once again. Yes, the church is open, and we are following CDC guidelines.

Theme for this year is “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 Come home and hear the good news of how the Lord has plans to prosper you and receive hope for your future.

As Rev. Fitchett, his choir and congregation prepare to worship with us, and we pray that you and your family and friends will join us to celebrate another year. A carry out meal will be prepared for you and will be available immediately following the service. We realize that not everyone will be able to join us in person and we encourage you to listen to us via conference call at (602)580-9564 and the access code is 707-022-6.

This year we are asking members, family and friends for a love offering of $100.00. You may also support the ministry of St. Luke UMC at any time by mailing your contribution to St. Luke UMC PO Box 220, Royal Oak, MD 21663.
