"... faithfulness is never wasted."

For nearly 20 years, IMB missionaries Edward and Terri Janklow prayed, labored, and shared the gospel among unreached people in Southeast Asia.

For five of those years, they saw no one come to faith.

They traveled difficult paths, faced deep disinterest, and kept showing up in communities where many had never heard the name of Jesus. Still, they prayed. Still, they returned. Still, they trusted God with the results.

Then, after years of patient faithfulness, they witnessed the first believer emerge from a village that had never known Christ.

This story is a reminder that gospel work isn’t always immediate — but faithfulness is never wasted.
