Last Night the Children's Department decorated trash bags to encourage & thank those at the Baptist Rebuild Center for their hard work & dedication in helping our local communities rebuild homes & etc., lost during Hurricane Matthew.
Their laundry is picked up & washed for them by local volunteers & then returned to them in trash bags.
We hope the messages & drawings from our kids encourage & uplift them upon receiving.

"Rainbow Social" was great with an amazing devotion by Carol Cummings on "The Promises of God"!
God made an everlasting covenant with Noah. He promised to never destroy the earth by a flood again. The rainbow was the sign of that promise.... it's a picture of God's beauty and Holiness, especially after a rain storm. 🌈

Everyone made a craft & was tasked with giving it to someone else.... to uplift & encourage them.

"Let's be a rainbow in someone else's cloud!"
