Happy Father's Day, Bishop James Gordon
On behalf of the entire Faith Lighthouse Apostolic Holiness Church family, we honor and celebrate you on this Father's Day.
Bishop Gordon, today we want you to know how deeply loved, appreciated, and valued you are. While many see the title, we have had the privilege of witnessing the sacrifice behind it. We recognize that being a spiritual father is not always easy. We understand that leadership often comes with challenges that many never see.
We know there have been moments when you have endured ridicule, misconceptions, backlash, criticism, and even false accusations. Yet through it all, you have remained steadfast in your commitment to God, to His Word, and to the people He has entrusted to your care. You have continued to lead with strength, wisdom, grace, and faith, even when the weight of leadership has been heavy.
Thank you for every prayer you have prayed on our behalf, every word of encouragement you have spoken, every lesson you have taught, and every sacrifice you have made. Thank you for standing in the gap, for loving God's people, and for remaining faithful to your calling.
Please be encouraged today, Bishop. Your labor is not in vain. Your dedication has impacted lives, strengthened families, and helped build God's Kingdom. Even when others may not understand your journey, know that your church family sees your heart, appreciates your sacrifices, and celebrates the man of God you are.
We pray that God continues to strengthen you, renew you, protect you, and pour back into you everything you have poured into others. May He bless you with joy, peace, favor, and many more years of fruitful ministry.
We love you, Bishop James Gordon, and we thank God for giving us such a devoted spiritual father.
