Dear Southern Grove Missionary Baptist Church Family & Friends,

Due to the hazardous road conditions and ongoing inclement weather, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our worship service scheduled for tomorrow.

Your safety is our primary concern and we want to ensure that every member of our congregation remains safe and off the icy streets.

While we cannot gather physically in our sanctuary, we encourage you to take this time for rest, reflection, and family prayer. Let us continue to check on one another—especially our seniors and those living alone—to ensure everyone is warm and safe.

"For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." — Psalm 91:11

There is no better way to welcome 2026 than in the house of the Lord. We invite you, your family, and your friends to join us for our Watch Night Service!

We’re kicking the night off with a time of community and delicious food before we head into a powerful time of worship and prayer.
