Whatever you consistently feed gets stronger. Feed fear, and fear grows. Feed negativity, and negativity grows. But when you feed your mind faith, truth, hope, and the Word of God, your thinking begins to change—and your direction changes with it.

THE AUTHORITY TO RESIST

You don’t have to surrender to everything that comes against you!

� James 4:7 — “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

Jesus is the source of our authority. When we are aligned with Him, that authority changes how we think, how we speak, how we respond, and how we live.

Submit to God. Resist the enemy. Stand in your authority.

SEVEN SPIRITS THAT KEEP A CHURCH FROM GROWING:

Sometimes the greatest barriers to church growth are not outside the church—they are within it: complacency, division, control, fear, tradition without transformation, inward focus, and prayerlessness.
The question is not just, “Why aren’t we growing?”
The deeper question is, “What must change in us so God can do something greater through us?”

It is time to remove every hindrance and make room for God to move!

IMPORTANT AGAPE FAMILY ANNOUNCEMENT

There will be NO worship service today, Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Agape Impact International Church.

Due to pastoral traveling and ministry engagements over the past two weeks, we are taking this Sunday as a much-needed time of rest, renewal, and refreshment.

Pastor Henrietta is also in Houston this weekend fulfilling a ministry assignment. We are grateful for every opportunity God gives our pastors to serve and minister.

Agape Family, enjoy your Sunday, spend time with your family, get some rest, and stay connected to God.
