Let’s start off our school year right! Join us for our Back to School Service on Sunday, August 10th at 5:30pm on the Hutto campus. We are going to pray as a community for our students and teachers as they head back into the classroom this Fall.

Our BIG IDEA for this week: Jesus is both God and man, and through His death we can have eternal life.

Jesus deserves our worship! Just hearing His name should cause us to celebrate! One day everyone will know Jesus is Lord–but He wants us to know it now!

The Bible is the best selling book of all time. And for good reason! This week, preschoolers will hear the story of Ezra reading the Word of God to the people of Israel. They’ll learn that it’s true, it’s true! The Bible is true!”

Isn’t it amazing to know THIS is the God we serve? He is always with us. He has all the power we need. He knows everything. And He loves us endlessly!

Our BIG IDEA for this week: The Bible is God’s word, so I can know it’s true.”

The Bible lights the way so we can see clearly how to experience a relationship with God and then follow Him for the rest of our lives! Memorize this verse with your kiddos this week so they can always remember that the Bible lights our way!

Read the memory verse together: “Where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD.” (Psalm 12:1-2) Repeat the verse multiple times to memorize it. Answer this question, ”When was the last time you needed help? Did you ask God to be there for you?” Remember that no matter what, God is always there to help you in times of trouble!

It’s true! Jesus actually said that the way we treat others is effectively how we treat Him! If that’s the case, then the wisest thing we could do is to treat others with compassion!

Our BIG IDEA for this week: God wants us to use our words for peace.

We can use our words to build up or to tear down. Guess which one God prefers? That’s right! God wants us to use our words to bring about peace and love and joy!
