All are invited to a Day of Reflection on Mission with Monsignor Roger Landry, National Director of The Pontifical Mission Societies in the U.S. Through prayer, reflection, and fellowship, attendees will be encouraged to grow as missionary disciples and respond more fully to Christ’s call to bring the Gospel to others.
The day will begin with Mass celebrated by Bishop Daniel Garcia, followed by opportunities for spiritual renewal and deeper reflection on the Church’s mission.

Night Prayer: Protect us, Lord, as we stay awake; watch over us as we sleep, that awake, we may keep watch with Christ, and asleep, rest in his peace.

This night prayer comes from the Night Prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours also known as Compline. It is to be prayed just before going to bed, and it offers a chance for our souls to reflect and draw close to God before resting. The steps of Compline include:
Opening Prayers
Examination of Conscience
Hymn
Psalmody
Reading
Resonsory
Gospel Canticle (followed by the prayer above)
Concluding Prayer
Antiphon or Song in Honor of Mary
