Hey fam! In case you missed it, here’s Kyle’s message from yesterday, “Talking in Circles: Relationships That Shape Disciples.”

Discipleship isn’t something we were meant to do alone. Jesus modeled it through intentional relationships—walking with people, investing in them, challenging them, and sending them out to do the same.

At its core, being a disciple means:

Following Jesus.
Being transformed by Jesus.
And is committed to the mission of Jesus.

And relationships matter in every part of that journey.

We also want to remind you that Fishers of Men is hosting a Talking in Circles Workshop on Saturday, August 22!

📍 Fellowship Church — Room 4
⏰ 9:00–11:00 AM

We’ll dig deeper into each of the circles, talk about what intentional discipleship looks like in everyday life, and equip you with some practical tools to help you in your own discipleship journey and as you invest in others.

As always, thank you for all the love and support you continue to show us. We love and appreciate you all and are grateful to be on this journey with you! 🐟

Let’s keep making disciples who make disciples

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Nobody drifts into disciple making.

Disciple making doesn't happen by accident. It happens through intentional relationships, faithful obedience, and everyday conversations that point people to Jesus.

That's good news for every believer — because it means you don't need a stage, a title, or a seminary degree. You need intentionality. You need faithfulness. You need to be willing to invite someone into your everyday life and point them to Jesus.

This morning I had the privilege of sitting down with Pete King.

At 94 years old, Pete continues to remind me that there is no retirement from the Kingdom of God. His love for Jesus, passion for people, and willingness to invest in the next generation are as strong as ever.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend time with him and walk through the message I’ll be preaching this Sunday on what it means to be a beloved son. As we talked, Pete shared stories, wisdom, and insights that can only come from decades of faithfully walking with the Lord. It was a reminder that some of life’s greatest lessons aren’t learned in a classroom but are passed down through relationships with those who have gone before us.

One of the things I admire most about Pete is that even at 94, he’s still pouring himself into others. He’s still encouraging, still teaching, still mentoring, and still pointing people to Jesus. What a beautiful picture of discipleship and faithfulness.

The church needs more relationships like this. We need older saints who are willing to invest, and younger believers who are willing to listen. Scripture tells us that one generation should declare God’s works to another, and this morning I had the opportunity to experience that firsthand.

Thank you, Pete, for your friendship, your faithfulness, and your willingness to continue pouring out what God has poured into you. I left our conversation encouraged, challenged, and reminded that a life fully surrendered to Christ never stops bearing fruit.

“One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.” — Psalm 145:4

What happens when one person simply says "yes" to Jesus?

A while back, Jeff stepped out in faith and committed to intentionally discipling another man through a tool we call SmallCircle. Week after week, conversation after conversation, he faithfully invested in Mike's life—not because he had all the answers, but because he was willing to be obedient to Christ's command to make disciples.

Today, Mike is finishing that discipleship journey, and that's worth celebrating.

Congratulations, Mike! What you've gained isn't just knowledge—it's a deeper walk with Christ, a stronger foundation in your faith, and a clearer understanding of what it means to follow Jesus.

But the journey doesn't end here.

One of the greatest signs of successful discipleship is when the disciple becomes the disciple-maker. As Mike prepares to pour into someone else, we get to witness the beautiful cycle Jesus intended from the very beginning.

This picture is a reminder that discipleship isn't a program. It's people. One life impacting another life for the glory of God. This is how the Kingdom grows—one conversation, one relationship, one disciple at a time.

Well done, Jeff, for your faithfulness and obedience. And congratulations, Mike, as you take the next step and begin helping someone else follow Jesus.

If you've ever wondered what it looks like to be discipled, grow deeper in your faith, or learn how to disciple someone else, SmallCircle may be exactly what you're looking for.

Send us a message to learn more. There is always room for one more disciple at the table.

"Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." — Matthew 4:19

We’re out here and ready! 🎣🔥

Come find us at the Faith & Freedom Fest today—we’re excited to share the heart behind Jesus-style disciple-making. This isn’t about programs or platforms… it’s about people. Real relationships. Real conversations. Real life change.

At Fishers of Men, we believe discipleship isn’t something you attend—it’s something you live. One-on-one. Life-on-life. Just like Jesus did. And that’s what we’re here for today. Our team is set up, ready to talk, pray, and walk with anyone who’s hungry for more than surface-level faith.

The festival kicks off at 1PM and goes all afternoon at the Charlotte County Fairgrounds. There’s great music (The Mission is headlining 🎶), a powerful atmosphere, and opportunities all around to connect.

If you’ve been looking for purpose, for belonging, for something deeper—this is it.

Come hang out. Ask questions. Step into the mission.

We’re not just gathering… we’re going fishing. 🎣

What a powerful day with Fishers of Men.

We had the opportunity to come together for our evangelism workshop and really lean into what it looks like to share the love of Christ in everyday life. Not in a complicated or intimidating way, but in a real, relational way that anyone can step into. Big thank you to Trevor and the Gideons for partnering with us and investing into our group. The practical tools, the conversations, and the encouragement gave our guys confidence to take that next step and actually live this out.

Because at the end of the day, this is what Fishers of Men is all about — equipping others for the work of ministry. Not just sitting and listening, but being trained up, built up, and sent out. This is about helping ordinary people step into their calling and realize that God wants to use them right where they are. At work, at home, in their neighborhoods, in everyday conversations.

We don’t just want information… we want transformation.

And that happens when one life pours into another.

That’s why we don’t stop at evangelism. We take it a step further into discipleship. Because sharing the Gospel is just the beginning — walking with someone, growing with them, and helping them follow Jesus is where real life change happens.

That’s what we call disciplemaking.

And we’re excited for what’s next.

Join us April 25th at Fellowship Church in Room 4 as we dive into how to disciple others. We’re going to take everything we’re learning and show you how to put it into practice in a simple, intentional way.

Two tools. One mission. Making disciples.

If you’ve been wondering what your next step is, this is it.

Let’s keep going.
