What happens when one person simply says "yes" to Jesus?

A while back, Jeff stepped out in faith and committed to intentionally discipling another man through a tool we call SmallCircle. Week after week, conversation after conversation, he faithfully invested in Mike's life—not because he had all the answers, but because he was willing to be obedient to Christ's command to make disciples.

Today, Mike is finishing that discipleship journey, and that's worth celebrating.

Congratulations, Mike! What you've gained isn't just knowledge—it's a deeper walk with Christ, a stronger foundation in your faith, and a clearer understanding of what it means to follow Jesus.

But the journey doesn't end here.

One of the greatest signs of successful discipleship is when the disciple becomes the disciple-maker. As Mike prepares to pour into someone else, we get to witness the beautiful cycle Jesus intended from the very beginning.

This picture is a reminder that discipleship isn't a program. It's people. One life impacting another life for the glory of God. This is how the Kingdom grows—one conversation, one relationship, one disciple at a time.

What a powerful day with Fishers of Men.

We had the opportunity to come together for our evangelism workshop and really lean into what it looks like to share the love of Christ in everyday life. Not in a complicated or intimidating way, but in a real, relational way that anyone can step into. Big thank you to Trevor and the Gideons for partnering with us and investing into our group. The practical tools, the conversations, and the encouragement gave our guys confidence to take that next step and actually live this out.

Because at the end of the day, this is what Fishers of Men is all about — equipping others for the work of ministry. Not just sitting and listening, but being trained up, built up, and sent out. This is about helping ordinary people step into their calling and realize that God wants to use them right where they are. At work, at home, in their neighborhoods, in everyday conversations.

We don’t just want information… we want transformation.

And that happens when one life pours into another.

That’s why we don’t stop at evangelism. We take it a step further into discipleship. Because sharing the Gospel is just the beginning — walking with someone, growing with them, and helping them follow Jesus is where real life change happens.

That’s what we call disciplemaking.

And we’re excited for what’s next.

What a powerful day yesterday celebrating new life in Christ!

We want to congratulate the Green family — Dillion, his wife Hailey, and their daughter Kaydence — on their baptisms. It was an incredible moment as our very own Charles had the privilege of baptizing his family. Watching “Papa Charlie” lead his family in faith and obedience to Jesus was a beautiful reminder of how God works through generations.

We also want to give a shout-out to Bill and Karen for their rededication to the Lord. Seeing people recommit their lives to Christ is always a powerful testimony that God is still moving and transforming hearts.

One of the beautiful things about what we do through Fishers of Men is watching discipleship multiply. Charles has been faithfully walking as a DiscipleMaker, discipling Bill one-on-one, and now he will also begin discipling his own son, Dillion, continuing that journey within his own family. That’s what real discipleship looks like—life on life, one generation pouring into the next.

At Fishers of Men, our mission is simple: to make disciples who make disciples. We invest in people through intentional one-on-one discipleship, equipping them to grow in their walk with Christ, lead their families well, and help others follow Jesus.

Moments like yesterday remind us why this matters. When one person says yes to Jesus and begins discipling others, the impact spreads to families, friends, and entire communities.

It has truly been an honor of a lifetime to help equip people for the work of ministry and watch God move through ordinary people who are simply willing to follow Him.

All glory to God for what He is doing.

This is Part 1 of a powerful two-part journey. On Saturday, March 28th (9AM–12:30PM) we’ll focus on how to confidently and naturally share your faith in real-life conversations.

Relationships Matter. Meet Linda & Lori.

Linda is a DiscipleMaker. Lori is her disciple. Together, they are showing what it looks like for one person to invest in another — building trust, sharing life, and encouraging growth.

Every week, they meet. They open God’s Word, ask honest questions, and talk through the challenges of daily life — the doubts, the struggles, the victories. They pray together, encourage each other, and hold one another accountable. It’s not about programs or checklists. It’s about life, fully surrendered to God, in real relationship.

Linda brings experience, wisdom, and care. Lori brings curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to grow. And in that intentional, personal connection, transformation is happening — hearts are being shaped, faith is deepening, and discipleship is multiplying.

This is the heartbeat of Fishers of Men: relationships that make a difference, discipleship that sticks, and lives that point others to Jesus.

Just got back from an incredible weekend serving at the Marked Men For Christ Weekend #619 — truly powerful, humbling, and faith-building. One of the greatest highlights was serving alongside my brother Jason — the very FIRST disciple Fishers of Men ever walked with one-on-one. Being together this weekend was a full-circle moment I’ll cherish forever.

Jason was there in the earliest days when Fishers of Men was just a vision and a step of faith. He stood with us from the beginning, helping us work through the early kinks and get the mission off the ground. He believed in the call, leaned into the process, and committed himself to growth when things were still forming. Seeing where God has brought him since then is incredible. Today he is faithfully serving in his local church with a deep heart for kids ministry — investing in the next generation and pointing young lives to Jesus. That kind of fruit is powerful and lasting.

It has been an honor to walk with Jason from early in his journey — opening Scripture together, praying, sharpening one another, and growing in Christ side by side. Fishers of Men remains committed to one-to-one discipleship because real transformation happens life-on-life, not at a distance but in relationship. Watching God continue His work in men who say yes is a privilege every time.
