New to the Northbrook Crafters’ Holiday Market in 2025 are needle-felted sculptures. Each colorful piece is created by hand using 100% wool (much of which comes from sheep raised and sheared in the USA) and specially designed barbed needles. The action of pushing the needles into the surface of loose wool causes the fibers to intertwine. This process compacts the wool and makes it possible to sculp it into desired forms.

Needle-felted gnomes and pumpkins can add a sweet and whimsical touch to a home’s fall décor with their warm colors and silly expressions…the gnomes are silly, not the pumpkins!

Prices for these pieces range from $15-$25.
