Have you ever wondered if your life has a purpose?

The good news is that God didn't create any of us by accident. Each of us has been uniquely gifted, loved, and called to make a difference in the world. Long before we took our first breath, God had already prepared opportunities for us to share His love, offer kindness, serve others, and be a light in our communities.

You don't have to be perfect to be used by God. You simply have to be willing.

Today, look for the good work God has placed before you—a word of encouragement, a helping hand, a prayer, or an act of compassion. Small acts done in faith can have an eternal impact.

As United Methodists, we believe faith is lived out through loving God and serving our neighbors. Let's step into the purpose God has prepared for us and be the hands and feet of Christ in the world.

John Wesley taught that there is no holiness but social holiness. In other words, our faith is meant to be lived out in community and service.

Faith is more than what we believe on Sunday morning. Faith is shown in how we love our neighbors, care for those in need, offer forgiveness, and share Christ’s hope with others.

The Book of James reminds us:

“Faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.” — James 2:17

As followers of Christ, we are called not just to hear God’s Word, but to put it into action. Every act of kindness, every prayer offered, and every hand extended in service reflects God’s love to the world.
