We recently had the opportunity to celebrate our volunteers - those who give of their time to our church family and life on mission together. It was a joyful gathering with yummy food, stories of serving, and a red carpet to walk to receive awards. To all who give of their gifts, even if you weren't able to make the event, THANK YOU! We see you and appreciate you. And, even better, God sees you and appreciates you.

Last week our middle and high schoolers had a fun time serving at Owasso Hills Park weeding and seeding to keep the natural areas clear of invasive species and thriving with native plants. Thanks to the City of Roseville for the chance to be outside and help keep our city healthy! It was a great chance for the young people to put into action conversations we’ve had around taking care of God’s creation.

Do your spring garden shopping at Malmborg's Garden Center the week of May 10-16 and 10% of your purchase will go to the Roseville Covenant Youth Fund! The fund covers trip expenses, including this summer's trip to the Cheyenne River Reservation in SD.

All you need to do is bring your group’s shopper form to the garden center when you make your purchase. The shopper forms are available on the bulletin boards outside The Gallery and outside Room 8. Thanks in advance for your support!

On May 16 RCC will join thousands of people across the globe on a mission to bring life-changing clean water to children in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Six kilometers is the average distance a person must travel to access clean water in places like the DRC.

When you register your fees go directly to clean water and sanitation projects. If you're not able to walk with us, consider sponsoring a walker to help us meet our $2000 goal!

We started our post-Easter sermon series on Paul's letter to the Galatian church this past Sunday. We hope you'll join us as we dive deeper into the early church's wrestling with what the gospel means and explore how that reaches to us centuries later.

The word “evangelism” can evoke pressure that involves the ability to articulate theology well to others. What if it’s about learning to notice “good news” in your own life and being able to share that in winsome ways? This class will provide new ways of thinking about the gospel and is perfectly timed for post-Easter!

We invite you to consider these ideas and join us in the Choir Room for Adult Sunday School 4/12 - 5/10 from 11-11:45am.

This year we observe Good Friday with a Tenebrae worship service based on an ancient Christian tradition which means “shadows.” As the story of the crucifixion is told through scripture and song, we experience a descent of darkness. As seven lit candles are extinguished with each reading (except for the last candle to remind us that even on the darkest day hope did not die). This is a great opportunity to invite a friend or neighbor.

RCC Table Groups are a new seasonal small group opportunity to build community and strengthen spiritual companionships. Assigned groups will gather for a potluck or dessert and discuss a handful of simple questions about your walk with Christ. Table Groups are for all RCCers — single, couples, and families.
