🎉 BIG NEWS! We are officially NAEYC ACCREDITED! 🎉

This is one of the highest honors an early childhood program can receive, and only a small percentage of child development centers nationwide earn this distinction.

For the past year, our team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes—preparing documentation, strengthening our practices, and demonstrating our commitment to providing the highest quality care and education for every child entrusted to us.

This accreditation is more than an award. It’s an independent recognition that our program meets rigorous national standards for excellence in early childhood education.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing teachers, staff, families, church, and school board for believing in our mission and supporting us throughout this journey. ❤️

We are incredibly proud of this achievement, but even more excited about what it means for the children and families we serve every day.

Happy 4th of July!! We were able to celebrate earlier this week with class parties!! The kids were able to make a yogurt treat using 3 different kinds and sprinkles to top it off! Our preschool and Pre-K rooms had water activities and face paint!

This week marks one year since God called me to serve as pastor at Lutheran Church of Our Savior.

As we celebrate this milestone, I want to thank our church family for the warm welcome and love you have shown Andrea, our children, and me over the past year. You have made us feel at home, and we are truly grateful.

One of the sweetest surprises this week was receiving this beautiful artwork from the children of our Early Learning Center. Their colorful handprints surrounding the three crosses are a wonderful reminder that every child is precious to Jesus and that our mission is to connect people to Him.

Thank you to our ELC students, teachers, families, and everyone at Our Savior for your kindness, encouragement, and partnership in the Gospel. We look forward to serving alongside you for many years to come.

Shave ice with northern aloha!! Both toddler rooms, Preschool and Pre-K were able to enjoy some chilly treats! From picking their own flavors to throwing snowballs at the trees the kids enjoyed the time!

From walk in the park to puppet show and a picnic, these kids had a busy day! We were so excited to be able to watch puppets in the park and see ducks swimming in the pond. The kids had a wonderful time and can’t wait for next month’s trip!

First week of summer camp complete!!! From water Wednesday, to fun in the kitchen making muffins, and creating sail boats! Our kids had a blast! We can wait to see what the rest of the summer holds!
