Join us for an afternoon of fellowship, food, and fun. Bring your favorite outdoor chair, your family, and your friends as we enjoy a delicious barbecue and wonderful community time together.

🍖 The church will provide all the meats.
🥗 During sign up, you’ll be able to choose your food contribution (sides, snacks, desserts, or drinks).
🙌 If you’re able to help with set up, serving, or tear down, you can indicate that during sign up as well.

⛺️ Pop‑Up Tent Guidelines
Tents (10×10 max) are allowed but must be weighted, not staked, to protect the park grounds.
• 📍 Place tents near the picnic area
• 🚶‍♂️ Keep walkways clear
• 🧼 Remove tents after the event
